Terrible customer service and a very disrespectful attitude. I went there to get tires changed on my car, and the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A business should know how to treat customers with basic respect, regardless of the situation. I will never come back here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing experience.

Had a leaking tire on the Parkway, so used maps to look up tire shops nearby. They were the first shop to answer the phone, and they told me it would be a 15 minute wait. They were crazy busy, but had us in and out and back on the road.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. When I arrived, I parked my truck near the entrance and was looking for someone to ask about checking the air pressure in my tires. A white-haired older man approached me and, without allowing me to explain anything, repeatedly shouted, “Move up! Move up!” When I calmly asked how he wanted me to park, he refused to give any clarification and just kept repeating the same words in an aggressive tone. His behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Later, I learned that this individual is the manager. It is honestly concerning that someone in a management position lacks basic communication skills and treats customers with such disrespect. A manager should set the standard for professionalism, not create a hostile environment. On a positive note, the employee who checked my tires was polite, helpful, and professional. I truly appreciate his attitude and service. I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

I stopped by County Tire on 4/23, just about 15 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour and not having the correct wheel lock for my car, the team worked incredibly hard to help me out. The owner, Chris, was especially helpful — instead of turning me away, they kept troubleshooting and finding ways to get the job done. They eventually got the wheel off and even suggested a low-cost solution for replacing my lug nuts to avoid future issues. Great service, fair pricing, and a team that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
